Before entering the insurance world, I served over 13 years in the United States Air Force — an experience that instilled in me a deep commitment to duty, integrity, and looking out for others. I went on to earn a B.S. in Pre-Law from Georgia State University and a Master of Science in Health Informatics from Mercer University, giving me a uniquely strong foundation in both healthcare systems and the legal landscape that shapes insurance coverage.
