Plans change every year. Many seniors stay on plans that no longer fit their needs or budget. A free review takes 30 minutes.

Worried about leaving debt behind?

Final expense and life insurance ensures your family isn't burdened with funeral costs or outstanding bills when you're gone.

Just Confused

About Ziggy

A Trusted Advisor
for Georgia Seniors

Before I became an insurance agent, I served 13+ years in the United States Air Force. That experience taught me one thing above everything else: you look out for the people next to you.

I bring the same commitment to every client I serve. After leaving the Air Force, I earned a B.S. in Pre-Law from Georgia State University and a Master of Science in Health Informatics from Mercer University — which gives me an unusually strong understanding of both the healthcare system and the legal framework behind insurance coverage.

As an independent agent, I am not tied to any one insurance company. That means I compare plans across multiple top-rated carriers and recommend only what's genuinely right for you — not what pays the highest commission. Every consultation is free. Every recommendation is honest.

What I Offer

Coverage Built Around
Your Life

Every senior's situation is different. I take the time to understand your health, your doctors, your prescriptions, and your budget before I recommend a single plan.

Medicare Advantage

Part C plans bundle hospital, medical, and often prescription drug coverage through private carriers. Many plans carry $0 monthly premiums with added dental, vision, and hearing benefits.

Learn More →

Medigap / Supplement

Original Medicare covers roughly 80% of costs. A Medigap policy fills the rest — copays, coinsurance, and deductibles — giving you predictable costs and the freedom to see any Medicare-accepting physician in the country.

Learn More →

Life Insurance

Whether you want to cover final expenses, protect a surviving spouse, or leave something behind for your family, I'll find a whole life, term, or final expense policy that fits your budget — including no-medical-exam options.

Learn More →

Final Expense

A dedicated policy to cover funeral, burial, and related end-of-life costs so your family isn't left with unexpected bills during an already difficult time. Simple, affordable, and available at any age.

Prescription Drug (Part D)

I compare Part D plans based on your specific medications so you're never overpaying at the pharmacy. Plan formularies change annually — an annual review can save you hundreds of dollars a year.

Dental, Vision & Hearing

Original Medicare doesn't cover routine dental, glasses, or hearing aids. Many Medicare Advantage plans include these benefits. I'll help you find a plan that covers the services you actually use.

My Commitment to You

A Helping Hand,
Not a Sales Pitch

When you call me, you're not calling a 1-800 number staffed by commission-hungry representatives. You're calling a licensed professional who lives in the same state you do, understands Georgia's Medicare landscape, and has absolutely no incentive to steer you wrong.

My services are free to you because insurance carriers compensate me directly — which means my advice costs you nothing, and my only job is to find you the best possible coverage.

"Think of me as that knowledgeable friend who's been through this before — and who will pick up the phone when you call."
1

Independent & Unbiased

I'm not captive to any single carrier. I have access to plans from Aetna, Humana, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, Anthem BCBS, Mutual of Omaha, and more — and I choose based on your needs, not on commission rates.

2

Plain-Language Guidance

No jargon, no confusion. I explain your options clearly in language you can act on, so you leave every conversation knowing exactly what you're getting and why.

3

Year-Round Support

My relationship with you doesn't end at enrollment. Plan changes, billing questions, claims issues — I'm available year-round and will always pick up the phone for my clients.

4

Annual Plan Reviews

Every fall during Open Enrollment, I proactively reach out to review your plan against what's available for the coming year. If there's something better, I'll find it.

How It Works

From your first call to your insurance card in hand — here's exactly what to expect.

Free Consultation

We talk through your health situation, your doctors, medications, and budget. No pressure. No agenda other than finding what's right for you.

2

Plan Comparison

I research plans available in your area from every carrier I work with and walk you through the pros, cons, and costs of each option.

3

You Decide

You choose the plan that feels right. I'll never rush you or pressure you — this is your health and your money.

4

Enrolled & Supported

I handle the enrollment and stay in your corner for billing questions, claims, and annual reviews — for as long as you're my client.

Who I Serve

You Don't Have to
Figure This Out Alone

Every day I work with Georgia seniors who are navigating Medicare for the first time, frustrated by a plan that stopped working for them, or just trying to make sure their family is protected.

Turning 65 & New to Medicare

Your Initial Enrollment Period is time-sensitive. Missing it can result in lifelong late-enrollment penalties. I'll make sure you enroll correctly and on time.

Already on Medicare, Reviewing Your Plan

Plans change every year — premiums, formularies, and networks all shift. An annual review costs you nothing and could save you significantly.

Planning Your Family's Financial Future

Life insurance and final expense policies ensure the people you love aren't burdened by your passing. I'll help you find coverage that fits your legacy goals.

Just Confused and Overwhelmed

This is more common than you'd think. You don't need to know the right questions. Just call me — we'll figure it out together, one step at a time.

Common Medicare Myths

Things seniors are told that simply aren't true

Medicare covers everything I need

Original Medicare covers about 80% of approved costs. The remaining 20% — with no annual cap — can be financially devastating without a supplement or Advantage plan.

Medicare Advantage always means lower quality

Many Advantage plans offer excellent networks and additional benefits Original Medicare doesn't cover at all, like dental, vision, and hearing. The right plan depends on your specific situation.

I can switch between plans anytime

After your Initial Enrollment Period, switching from Medicare Advantage to a Medigap plan may require medical underwriting. This is one of the most important reasons to make the right choice from the start.

Using an agent costs me extra money

Not at all. Insurance carriers pay agents directly. Your premium is the same whether you enroll through me or on your own — but with me, you get guidance, comparison, and ongoing support.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions

Your Initial Enrollment Period begins 3 months before your 65th birthday and ends 3 months after. Enrolling late can result in permanent premium penalties — so it's critical to start the process early.
Medicare Advantage replaces Original Medicare through a private carrier and often includes extra benefits. Medigap supplements Original Medicare by covering cost-sharing gaps. The right choice depends on your health, travel habits, and budget — this is exactly the conversation I help clients have.
No. Insurance carriers compensate me directly when you enroll in a plan. Your premium is exactly the same whether you work with me or enroll on your own — the only difference is you get expert guidance, plan comparisons, and ongoing support at no extra cost.
It depends on the plan. Before recommending any Medicare Advantage plan, I verify that your preferred physicians are in-network. With Original Medicare + Medigap, you can see any Medicare-accepting doctor in the country without referrals.
An SOA is a CMS-required form completed before any Medicare sales appointment. It documents which types of plans you've agreed to discuss. I collect it through our combined consultation form — it starts a required 48-hour window before we can formally enroll you in any Medicare plan.
